The role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Staff Electrical Engineer to join our team, reporting to the VP of R&D. Youll serve as a technical lead across the product lifecycle, guiding core design decisions, risk analyses, certifications, and manufacturing scale-upwhile also being hands-on with design, prototyping, manufacturing, and troubleshooting.
Your work will span various engineering disciplines, including on-body wearables, drug delivery, wireless communications, and efficient manufacturing. Were looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment, balances speed with rigor, and brings a strong ability to learn quickly, solve problems creatively, and manage competing priorities.
Success in this role will require both technical expertise and strong collaboration skills.
Please note that this is an on-site role and you must live within a reasonable commuting distance of the Luna Health site in San Diego, CA.
