Staff Development Specialist I - State of North Carolina : Job Details

To deliver effective and relevant new, basic and continuous professional training and development programs to DMV staff, License Plate Agency personnel, Law Enforcement personnel, Automobile Dealer Associations, Community Colleges, Universities and NC residents. Consults with DMV Directorates, analyzes, plans, designs, develops, implements, instructs, evaluates, and coordinates new and existing training programs; performs Bill analysis on new Legislation; tests new and existing business programs; and revises basic and continuous professional development training materials for the Division of Motor Vehicles. Provides administrative support to the Staff Development Coordinator and training staff. This position is responsible for providing training support to the DMV Training and Development Section.
