About the Position: This is a military technician position with the United States Army Civil Affairs and Psychological Operations Command, 11 Psychological Operations Battalion, 2 Psychological Operations Group located at White Plains, MD.

Responsibilities:
- Organize essential programs to support operational requirements.
- Monitor and ensure accuracy in administrative projects.
- Enforce and uphold organizational practices and standards.
- Review all correspondence for accuracy and compliance prior to submission.
- Provide technical guidance on various administrative activities.
- Gather and assemble resources for effective organizational training events.
- Maintain and update relevant policies for the organization.
- Utilize diverse automation software simultaneously to execute tasks efficiently.
Requirements:
- Appointment may be contingent upon a suitability or fitness determination from a completed background investigation.
- Active membership in the U.S. Army Reserve (USAR) is required.
- The incumbent must complete the Unit Administrator Basic Course within 18 months of appointment.
- Completion of the Unit Pay Administrator Course within 18 months is also required.
- This position may necessitate working on weekends.
- The incumbent must obtain and maintain a Secret clearance.
Qualifications:

Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes: 1) researching data for program evaluations; 2) providing guidance on organizational requirements; 3) coordinating projects and special programs; and 4) using office automation systems (spreadsheets, word processing, databases) for various work products.
Education: A Master's degree or 2 full years of progressively higher-level graduate education in fields such as Organizational Management, Public Administration, Business Administration, or Management.
Alternatively, a combination of education and experience may be used as long as it meets the qualification requirements.
