Staff Accountant - Mainsail Lodging & Development : Job Details

Assist with Accounting functions for multiple entities including vacation rental and association divisions. What you have Associate/ Bachelor Degree in Accounting or 10 years of Equivalent Experience. Vacation rental accounting experience required. Association accounting experience required. Knowledge of month end financial close a plus. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to interact patiently, tactfully, and diplomatically with internal and external guests. What youll do Process Accounts Receivable including association and intercompany billing. Process Accounts Payable, including monthly rental statements and payments. Prepare Daily Revenue Reports for vacation rental division. Assist with month end close process including produce/distribute financial packages.
