• Own the month-end close process with precision and accuracy, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting
• Manage accounts payable activities, including invoice processing, payment approvals, and vendor communication
• Prepare and analyze financial reports and statements, providing valuable insights to drive decision-making
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of teamwork and communication
• Contribute to process improvements and efficiencies, driving continuous improvement in finance operations

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 2+ years of experience in accounting or finance roles, preferably in a manufacturing or similar industry
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices, with experience in month-end close processes and financial reporting
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
