The Finance department is seeking a Staff Accountant. Reporting to the Financial Systems & Reporting Manager, the Staff Accountant is responsible for day-to-day accounting transactions and reports. Working closely with internal teams, the Staff Accountant will ensure complete and accurate financial reporting, utilizing attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to develop effective working relationships across the organization.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in accounting and a minimum of 2-4 years of experience in nonprofit and/or government accounting, including grant and contract accounting, compliance, and reporting. Working knowledge of NetSuite and Vena Solutions is a plus. Excellent written skills are a must. Candidate must be skilled communicator able to work in multi-disciplinary setting.

Position Location: Midtown Manhattan. Hybrid schedule with two days in person required.
Compensation: The compensation range for this position is $67,000 - $82,000 and is commensurate with experience.
