Job Description :
This role's primary function is to manage accounts payable and accounts receivable for The Toledo Mud Hens and Toledo Walleye. Essential Responsibilities. Review, verify, and process invoices from vendors ensuring accuracy and proper documentation. Prepare and process payments to vendors. This may be done through a variety of methods such as checks, electronic transfers, or online platforms. Resolve discrepancies and issues related to accounts payable/receivable, working collaboratively with internal teams and external parties. Record and track expenses, ensuring proper coding for accounting purposes. Monitor and meet payment deadlines, coordinating with internal teams and external vendors. Create and issue invoices to customers for goods or services. Monitor and track payments due from customers, sending reminders, and following up on overdue accounts. Qualifications and Experience Bachelor's degree in accounting, or closely related field.
