Staff Accountant - Westgate Resorts & Spa : Job Details

As a Staff Account with Westgate Resorts you will be responsible for supporting the month-end close process within the Resort Accounting function. As a Staff Accountant you will:Record journal entries accurately and on time, following the corporate closing schedule. Research and document financial data to support senior staff. Prepare assigned balance sheet reconciliations promptly and accurately. Investigate reconciling items and report exceptions to senior staff for review Qualifications. Bachelors or Associates degree in Accounting or Finance strongly preferred. In lieu of a degree, a minimum of five years experience in a month end close general ledger environment.
