Permanent Position – Staff Accountant

Finance Search Partners, a leading financial recruitment firm, is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Staff Accountant to join our team in Sacramento, California. This is a full-time, ongoing position.

Pay: $70,000 - $90,000 / Annually

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

· Manage all General Ledger and Month End Close processes.

· Produce preliminary financial reports for review and approval.

· Fiscal year-end close duties.

· Maintain compliance with GAAP accounting standards and internal controls, recommending improvements where necessary.

· Perform complex bank reconciliations.

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:

· High School diploma or equivalency certificate, required. College degree with a focus in Accounting, Finance or Economics, preferred.

· Basic Accounting experience and thorough understanding of GAAP. Experience in the property management industry, preferred.

· Intermediate to Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
