Staff Accountant - BradyPLUS : Job Details

Prepare and post journal entries, accruals, and general ledger transactions. Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes. Reconcile bank statements and balance sheet accounts. Support the preparation of financial statements and internal reporting packages. Analysis accounts payable and receivable transactions as needed. Maintain fixed asset records and depreciation schedules. Assist with internal and external audit requests and documentation. Ensure compliance with company accounting policies and procedures. Collaborate with departments to resolve discrepancies and ensure accurate financial reporting. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive financial and employee information. Perform other duties as assigned The Ideal Candidate Will Have: Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required. Minimum of 13 years of accounting experience preferred.
