Job Description :
Prepare and record journal entries and ensuring the accuracy of the entries Maintain the financial reports and general ledger accounts while ensuring that financial transactions are properly recorded Prepare monthly balance sheet reconciliations Researching and correcting account discrepancies Meeting all monthly and ad-hoc reporting deadlines Assisting with audits and other inquiries as needed JOB REQUIREMENTS: High school diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting or Finance, with one or more years of experience preferred. Proficiency in use Microsoft Office products with an emphasis on Excel and other basic computer skills. Must possess accounting knowledge and application of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles. Must be detail oriented and keep information accurate and organized.
