It is essential that this candidate brings analytical and organizational skills in order to best support the accounting team.Responsibilities:

Work closely with clients in preparing payroll in a timely and efficient mannerWork directly with clients while performing daily and monthly tasks including accounts receivable, accounts payable, and bank reconciliationsAssist in preparation of financial statementsAssist in compilation of data and preparation of individual and business income, payroll, sales, and information returns

Qualifications:

Associate degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent experienceProficient in Microsoft OfficeQuickBooks experience preferredDetail and deadline orientedStrong Time Management SkillsAbility to work independently as well as in a team settingStrong analytical and problem-solving skills
