Stadium 66, the exciting new sports and entertainment dining venue inside Route 66 Casino, is seeking a dedicated Restaurant Manager to lead its launch and ongoing operations. This position oversees the entire venue's performance, including guest service, staffing, budgeting, and compliance. The Manager ensures a vibrant and welcoming atmosphere while upholding food safety and cleanliness standards. Responsibilities include managing day-to-day restaurant operations, coaching and developing staff, overseeing financials (budgeting, forecasting, cost control), handling guest feedback, and collaborating with the F&B Director to drive business results. Qualified candidates should have a bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience), along with 5-7 years of relevant leadership experience in restaurant or hospitality management. Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills are essential, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office and operational software like Kronos. This is a hands-on leadership role in a fast-paced environment that requires availability on weekends and holidays. Alcohol service and Serv-Safe certifications must be obtained within the first 30-90 days of employment.
