Stabilization Specialist - Amergis Healthcare Staffing : Job Details

The Residential Aide assists in developing the therapeutic program and treatment plan by helping to create a therapeutic environment. Through direct service, the Residential Aide collaborates with a multi-disciplinary team in achieving the goals of the residential program and the clients who reside there. Basic understanding of philosophy of normalization, crisis supports, trauma-informed and person centered care.

Pay: $25

Schedule A: Sun 8a-8p, Wed 8p-8a, Sat, 8a-8p

Schedule B: Sun-Tues, 8p-8a

Schedule: Thur-Sat 8p-8a

Must have crisis and trauma experience.

• Bachelor's Degree in social sciences preferred
• One year relevant experience in a residential treatment setting highly preferred
• Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) (per state or client requirements)
• Current valid driver's license (per state or client requirements)
• Crisis prevention course certified preferred
• Current CPR if applicable
• TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable
• Current Health certificate (per contract or state regulation)
• Must meet all federal, state and local requirements
• Must be at least 18 years of age
