This course gives you the opportunity to achieve professional development by receiving a dual certification to become a certified Home Health Aide and a Home & Community Support Services Certification - which will enable you to care for clients in the Traumatic Brain Injury and Nursing Home Transition Diversion Waiver programs. Summary of Position: Home Health Aides provide personal care and health related services to patients. HHA's work in the client's homes and assist them with: • Personal care • Light housekeeping, including laundry • Exercise programs • Vital signs • Ostomy care • Simple dressing changes • Preparing and assisting with meals • Shopping and running errands • Companionship Starting pay rate $20.00 per hour Sign-on bonus of $2,000.00 is available upon successful completion of specific milestones per company policy.
