ADNET is seeking to hire a junior Java software developer to work at the NASA Space Science Data Coordinated Archive (NSSDCA) at Goddard Space Flight Center. Duties include maintenance and enhancement of existing interfaces that interact with NSSDCA's information database such as the NSSDCA Master Catalog and various internal staff interfaces. These duties include tracking bug reports, prioritizing software corrections, and documenting requirements.
Required:
Two years programming experience, at least one using JavaExperience using an IDE for software developmentExperience with the use of configuration management softwareExperience with HTML/XHTMLExperience with web frameworksExperience with web server softwareAbility to work in a structured programming environmentAbility to work in a group and meet scheduled deliveriesUS Citizenship or Permanent Residency (LPR) required, with US residency for the past 3 consecutive years.Ability to obtain and maintain a Tier 1 Investigation through NASA.Desired Skills:
