Actively engages with all Eldora guests either in-person, via email or over-the-phone. Provides accurate product and mountain information to guests. Maintains workstation by cleaning and restocking supplies. Handles all inquiries and complaints in a professional and competent manner. Is honest and has the highest integrity- able to handle and manage confidential information. Excellent, teamwork, communication, and guest service skills Must have basic computer skills and phone knowledge. Must be able to speak clearly and hear normal conversations in a noisy environment. All employees are expected to support Eldoras corporate responsibility commitment to protect the environment by participating in our Sustainable Transportation Program. This includes choosing alternative transportation, carpooling, using the employee shuttle, and avoiding onsite parking on weekends and peak days.
