About The Role
The UX Content Strategist will plan content strategy for our solutions, including delivery methods, governing content usefulness and usability, and driving desired experiences, behaviors, and business goals. They will work closely with product design and delivery teams to bring the vision to life.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with UX Design, Content Writing, Experience, Product Management, and Marketing teams to meet organizational goals.
- Audit and assess current content and ecosystems, identifying strengths, weaknesses, gaps, and opportunities.
- Influence information architecture, site navigation, and user experience for new applications.
- Develop flexible content structures and mapping keyword-based content.
- Use data to implement strategies that achieve business goals.
- Create content best practices, templates, and author training manuals.
- Manage product taxonomies, metadata frameworks, content types, and migration plans.
- Design and implement content creation and governance workflows.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- 5+ years leading content strategy in a professional services environment.
- Exceptional organizational skills and structured thinking.
- Understanding of content creation, best practices, and trends.
- Knowledge of content and design principles applicable to service industries.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize.
- Experience with interaction design, user experience, information architecture, and digital content ecosystems.
- Experience with user journeys, personas, and research.
- Passion for storytelling and systems thinking.
- Experience in omni-channel strategy and healthcare industry preferred.
- Strong technical skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, Teams, Zoom, etc.
