Job Purpose
This position is responsible for developing frameworks for test scripting, automation, and troubleshooting.
Required Job Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree and 4 years of Information Technology experience ORCollege Courses and/or Technical Certification and 6 years of Information Technology experience OR8 years of Information Technology experience.Experience in leading overall test automation estimating efforts.Experience in leading and facilitating automation test strategy with various solutions.Experience in building, enhancing, and integrating test automation frameworks with other tools and technologies.Experience in leading the design and creation of automation test scripts.Experience in mentoring Test Engineers.Experience in managing automation intake and demand requests, providing feedback to projects.Experience in establishing automation KPIs and metrics.Experience in designing automation solutions for Web applications, APIs, legacy systems, and desktop applications.Experience in assessing test coverage using appropriate tools and frameworks.Experience in defining standards for robust, scalable, and high-quality automation solutions for functional, regression, and performance testing.Experience in troubleshooting, debugging, and issue triaging techniques.Understanding of Performance Testing, Service Virtualization, and Test Data Management.Experience with tools like QTP/UFT, Eclipse, Selenium.Scripting experience in Java, VBScript, or other programming languages.Experience with frameworks such as Keyword Driven, BPT, Data Driven, JUnit, TestNG, BDD, Modular, POM, Hybrid.Experience with version control systems like SVN, Git, Serena Dimensions.Experience with build management tools like Maven, Ant, Gradle.Experience with CI tools like Jenkins, Build Forge.Experience with Mobile Automation tools like Perfecto, Appium, seeTest, Robotium, Calabash.Knowledge of testing methodologies.Ability to integrate solutions across systems.Commitment to continuous improvement.Problem management, RCA skills.Detail-oriented with strong interpersonal and communication skills.Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.Preferred Job Qualifications
