The company is built on core values of innovation, collaboration, and client success, with a mission to accelerate business growth through strategic technology partnerships.Job Description: We are seeking a hands-on Senior Techno Functional HCM Cloud Consultant who will serve as the primary technical expert responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing Oracle Cloud HCM solutions across Core HR, Payroll, OTL, Absence Management, and Benefits modules. Your day-to-day activities will involve collaborating closely with client stakeholders to understand business requirements, architecting comprehensive HCM solutions, and ensuring seamless system integrations.Responsibilities:

• Lead Oracle HCM Cloud implementation projects from requirements gathering through go-live and support
• Design and configure Core HR modules including organization structures, workforce management, and employee lifecycle processes
• Implement and optimize Oracle Cloud Payroll solutions including complex payroll calculations and compliance requirements
• Configure OTL (Oracle Time and Labor) modules for time tracking, approval workflows, and integration with payroll systems
• Develop and maintain Fast Formulas for complex business logic and calculations
• Create and optimize HCM extracts for data integration and reporting requirements
• Build comprehensive BI reports and dashboards to support business decision-making
• Evaluate and implement Oracle Redwood UI enhancements and user experience improvements

Required Experience/Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle HCM Cloud implementations
• Deep expertise in Core HR, Payroll, OTL, Absence Management and Benefits modules
• Strong technical skills in Oracle Cloud OTL and Payroll configuration and troubleshooting
• Proven experience with Fast Formula, HCM extracts and BI reports
• Knowledge of Oracle Redwood UI evaluation and implementation processes
• Experience managing end-to-end project deliverables and client relationships
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Experience working in consulting or professional services environments

Nice-to-Haves

• Oracle HCM Cloud certification credentials
• Familiarity with integration tools and middleware platforms

Education

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related technical field
• Oracle certifications preferred but not required
