Role Summary:The Technical Program Manager for Technology will partner with application owners, product managers, engineers, and business/operations stakeholders on various initiatives. The Technical Program Manager will be responsible for leading the various projects of the Technology team, managing the delivery and deployment at Saks Global. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter who can conceptualize and drive complex initiatives end to end, with proven experience working cross-functionally with business, operations, and engineering teams. You will be the liaison and bridge the gap between technology and everyone else at Saks Global.

Key Qualifications:● Experience in Program/Project Management on technical cross-functional projects, Agile/CSM or PMP certifications a plus● Motivating and guiding teams, providing direction, and fostering a collaborative environment are essential for program success.● Effective communication and collaboration with stakeholders are essential to accurately define and document requirements for new applications or enhancements.● Ability to plan, organize, prioritize, work independently, and meet deadlines, drive budgets and resourcing● Identifying, assessing, and mitigating potential risks throughout the project lifecycle is a critical aspect of program management.● Knowledge of various types of enterprise applications, such as ERP, CRM, SCM, and ECM, is essential for effectively managing their implementation and support.● A strong understanding of business principles, financial management, and industry trends is valuable for making informed decisions and aligning application solutions with business objectives.● Efficient with Jira/Confluence/Monday (or an online Portfolio Project Management Tool)● Excellent written and oral communication skills● Bachelor's degree in computer science or similar or 5-7 years of experience

Role Description:● Developing standard project management and business processes to ensure project success

● Creating detailedproject schedulesandmap dependenciesfor each project● Oversee project execution of several projects in parallel● Prioritizing,task management(e.g. assigning tasks to team members)● Monitoring project progress● Ensuring that deadlines are met, budgets are adhered to, andresource managementis handled● Working with stakeholders to perform risk analysis and develop solutions● Tracking performance metrics as well as budget and time-tracking as required● Reporting results back to stakeholders during regular project reviews● Providing guidance and support for team members as needed● Exercise technical judgment in working with large, cross-functional teams
