The Amazon Customs and Trade Program and Product team is expanding its footprint, services, and solutions to support our growing client base. Join our dynamic team as a Senior Technical Product Manager and leverage your customs brokerage, international trade, and product experience to create innovative solutions for our global customers.
Key job responsibilities
Develop and manage stand-alone products offering innovative solutions and services.Collaborate with cross-functional teams including technology, sales, and operations to develop and deliver trade products and features.Manage the entire product development lifecycle from concept to launch, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality solutions.Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, prioritize features, and define product specifications.Use data-driven insights and customer feedback to inform decisions and drive continuous improvement.Monitor product performance, analyze data, and iterate on features to optimize user experience and achieve desired outcomes.Communicate product plans and roadmaps, define success metrics, and prepare updates and leadership briefings.Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards related to trade operations and innovation.About the team

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience in developing and executing roadmap strategies
- Experience with feature delivery and product trade-offs
- Ability to contribute to engineering discussions on technology decisions and strategy
- Experience managing technical products or online services
- Experience representing critical customer and stakeholder needs during executive planning
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience with analytical tools such as Tableau, QlikView, or QuickSight
- Experience in building and promoting adoption of new tools
