Expected salary range of $135,000 to $150,000, varies based on experience, along with comprehensive benefits package that includes bonus and 401(k).
PRIMARY PURPOSE OF POSITION
The Sr. Technical BDM will lead the transition from the pilot stage to production of new sustainability solutions that are launched through the Commercialization and Development (C&D) group for retail commercialization. The position will work closely with the C&D team to learn details on the new product/technology and its value proposition and then work with the retail sales leaders and BDMs to assist in organizing pilots, as well as build a business case which would include product growth prospects and margin potential. The position will have responsibility to gather and analyze all the data and information from the relevant internal stakeholders, conduct research on the competitive landscape and develop growth prospects and prospect pipeline for the product. This will help retail leadership in making the best go/no go decision on the rollout and launch of the product. The position will also provide the required support to the BDM's during the initial pilots and launch so that the customer is getting timely and ongoing support, and to ensure the customer fulfillment and experience is exemplary to those customers participating in the pilot. This role requires a strategic thinker who can work closely with C&D to help identify pilot customers and then work closely with the BDMs to drive the initial transactions and build a robust sales pipeline that supports scaling the business. The candidate should also have excellent teamwork and communication skills as well as a strong analytics background to gather, track and analyze data and use it to model product growth and scale potential.
