To Establish Applicant Sources For Hourly Positions By Developing And Maintaining Various Recruitment Networks Via College Relations Programs, Recruitment Advertising, Career Fairs, Professional Organizations and Referral Programs. To Maintain Hiring And Selection Records In Compliance With External And Internal Requirements. Bachelor's Degree/ Equivalent. Professional Accreditation Strongly Preferred; Two (2) Years Human Resources Experience; Knowledge Of State And Federal Laws Regarding Employment And General Human Resources Practices. Knowledge Of FedEx Express Recruitment Systems; Strong Communications And Human Relations Skills. Minimum Education. Bachelor's degree/equivalent. Minimum Experience. Two (2) years recruitment related human resources, or FedEx operations management experience. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities. Knowledge of state and federal laws regarding employment and general human resources practices.
