The Senior Field Engineer provides a high level of in-person customer service implementing, maintaining, resolving technical issues, supporting, and optimizing all customer workstation and server hardware, software, and network equipment and connectivity. PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Responsible for working through our ticketing system to configure, implement, monitor, manage, and support all clients IT environments. 4-8 years server, storage, networking, and security experience. Experience with server virtualization such as Microsoft Hyper-V and VMware. Strong background with Microsoft products (Azure, Active Directory, 365, Exchange, Intune).
