About the Role
We're looking for an experienced SuccessFactors Functional Analyst to lead the implementation, configuration, and support of SAP SuccessFactors—specifically Employee Central and Employee Central Payroll. This role will work closely with HR and IT to optimize HR systems and processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure and implement SuccessFactors modules (EC, ECP, Performance, Recruiting, Learning, etc.).
- Support day-to-day operations, troubleshoot issues, and manage system updates.
- Build and maintain custom reports and dashboards using SuccessFactors tools.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.
- Lead and support HRIS projects from planning through delivery.
Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 4–6 years of hands-on experience with SuccessFactors HCM, specifically Employee Central and Payroll.
- Strong configuration, integration, and reporting skills.
- Solid understanding of HR processes and systems.
Preferred:
- SuccessFactors certification(s).
- Experience with integrations (SAP, third-party vendors).
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodology.
