Sr. Staff Accountant - Illinois Tool Works : Job Details

The Senior Financial Analyst will report directly to Shakeproofs Business Unit Controller and will be a critical on-site financial partner to our Watertown, WI plant leadership team. In this role, you will collaborate closely with plant operations to deliver actionable financial insights, support decision-making, and help drive performance improvements at the facility level. This individual will play a key role in the month-end closing process and in developing, maintaining, and distributing key financial and analytical reports. This includes ensuring the timely and accurate preparation of financial statements and reports, while also performing detailed reviews and analyses of general ledger activity. The Senior Financial Analyst will be responsible for identifying discrepancies, resolving variances, and maintaining the integrity of financial records in accordance with established accounting principles.
