Sr. Sourcing Specialist - HEXCEL CORPORATION : Job Details

Lead supplier cost, quality and delivery initiatives; manage external material sourcing and support global and regional category strategies. Conduct and support supplier negotiations in alignment with legal and stakeholder requirements; serve as liaison between site leadership and suppliers to achieve sourcing goals. Develop and maintain sourcing plans and risk mitigation strategies; scout new suppliers and materials to enhance cost, quality, and risk mitigation. Monitor supplier performance using KPIs; implement action plans and continuous improvement strategies across sourcing phases and production. Analyze spend data to inform cost-reduction and service-improvement strategies; report performance and progress to executive leadership and internal stakeholders. Assist the Sourcing Director and the sourcing team with budget planning and strategic initiatives related to material spend and supplier management.
