  • Develop scalable architectures for secure data collection, processing, and monitoring from endpoint devices.
  • Ensure seamless integration of endpoint security solutions with other platforms such as identity and access management (IAM), cloud-based security tools, and operational workflows.
  • Advise on best practices for system performance, compliance, and high availability in hybrid environments.
Customer Engagement:
  • Act as a primary technical advisor to customers, translating operational and mission requirements into tailored endpoint security solutions.
  • Collaborate with customer stakeholders to define solution objectives, identify gaps, and prioritize capabilities.
  • Deliver technical presentations, demonstrations, and proofs of concept to illustrate solution value and functionality.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers, ensuring their satisfaction and alignment with the solution roadmap.
Data Governance and Security:
  • Define and implement data governance policies to ensure data integrity, compliance, and secure access within endpoint security systems.
  • Oversee the development of policies and configurations ensuring that only compliant and authorized devices gain access to networks.
  • Ensure solutions are aligned with regulatory standards (e.g., NIST, RMF, CC SRG, STIGs), enabling visibility and control over sensitive data.
Collaboration and Team Leadership:
  • Partner with cross-functional teams such as cybersecurity, DevOps, and cloud architects to deliver integrated and cohesive security solutions.
  • Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior engineers and architects, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and technical excellence.
  • Collaborate with vendor and partner teams to evaluate and implement third-party tools and services.
Continuous Improvement:
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest advancements in endpoint security, Comply to Connect (C2C) frameworks, and system integration technologies.
  • Conduct regular assessments of the solution architecture to identify opportunities for optimization, automation, and improved scalability.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend new tools or techniques to enhance the effectiveness of the solution.
