Join our dynamic radar defense company as a Senior Software Engineer, where you'll drive technical excellence and help shape the architecture of mission-critical systems. We're seeking an experienced engineer capable of translating complex requirements into secure, elegant solutions, mentoring fellow developers, making key architectural decisions, and championing best practices while embracing a collaborative, ego-free culture that values results over hierarchy.

Working at the intersection of cutting-edge radar technology and defense applications, you'll contribute to evolving systems from startup-speed to enterprise-grade, maintaining agility and adaptability. Your expertise in secure software development and ability to tackle complex technical challenges will be crucial as we partner with major defense contractors and expand our industry impact.

• Design, develop, analyze, test, and debug computer software applications and systems.
• Learn about Image and Signal Processing, Real-time systems, Firmware, Database Design, Operating Systems, and more.
• Take ownership of outcomes, including budgeting, scheduling, and leadership.
• Communicate clearly (written and oral) with team members and clients.
• Support and mentor other engineers and support personnel, sharing technical knowledge.

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related technical field with at least 5 years of experience.
• Proficiency in C or Rust.
• Experience or willingness to learn NATS, Protobuf, Linux, React, Node.js, etc.
• Ability to lead a technical team independently.

U.S. Citizenship and an active DOD security clearance or the ability to obtain one are required.

The expected pay scale for this position ranges from $104,274 to $161,884 annually. The pay may be adjusted based on level, location, scope, experience, education, certifications, internal equity, and market conditions.
