In this role, you will be responsible for creating and implementing innovative user interfaces that enhance the user experience. • Develop and maintain high-quality frontend applications using modern technologies such as React, Redux, and TypeScript
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and test new featureS
• Lead frontend architecture decisions, ensuring scalability and performance of the application
• Continuously improve the user experience by implementing best practices in UI/UX design
• Work independently to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines while keeping stakeholders informed of progress
• Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in frontend development to ensure the company stays ahead of the curve
• Bring an entrepreneurial mindset to the role by identifying new opportunities for growth and innovation

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field
• 7+ years of experience in software engineering including frontend development with a strong portfolio showcasing your work on complex web applications
• 3+ years of professional engineering experience in a startup or high-growth tech company, a plus
• Expertise in modern frontend development stack such as React, Redux, Angular
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Entrepreneurial mindset with experience working at startups or fast-paced environments
• Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and other engineers.

$150,000 - $200,000 a yearThe base salary pay range for this position is $150,000 to $200,000 annually. Base salary may vary depending on market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A sign-on bonus and stock options may be provided as part of the total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, or other benefits, dependent on the position offered.
