The OpportunityBased in downtown New York City, New York, Adobe's Eastern Region Security Manager supports the resiliency of Adobe's offices in the East Coast. You will be charged with developing operational objectives, participating with other managers/teams in crafting and supporting strategic plans for the eastern region. The Area Sr. Security Manager for the Eastern Region will be responsible for the security operations across multiple locations in North America. Responsibilities include reviewing, implementing, and maintaining security policies and procedures to ensure the safety and protection of personnel, assets, and facilities. This role requires a comprehensive understanding of security risk management, emergency response, incident management, and coordination with local law enforcement and emergency services. The manager must proactively assess and respond to potential threats.

They should possess excellent judgment, problem-solving abilities, decision-making skills, and program management capabilities. This position is based at Adobe's Times Square office in New York City, NY, and reports to the Regional Director, Safety & Security - Americas.
What You'll DoOur compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $128,100 -- $245,300 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
