If you're excited to help shape the future of a modern, insight-led sales organization, this is the team for you.About The RoleThis role focuses on designing and maintaining reports and scorecards, optimizing workflows, and delivering actionable recommendations to empower sales teams and leadership. The person will work independently under minimal supervision and act as a subject matter expert for colleagues.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute complex queries and reports to extract, visualize, and communicate key sales data.Build dashboards and interactive reports that help stakeholders track performance and make informed decisions.Provide analytical expertise and recommendations to help identify opportunities and resolve bottlenecks.Lead or contribute to projects to implement process improvements and tool enhancements.Provide training and support to stakeholders to maximize the use of data and technology.Leverage knowledge of CRM platforms to streamline workflows and enable richer, more actionable insight.Identify opportunities to apply AI techniques and advanced methods to enhance reporting and drive deeper insight.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Business - Finance, Information Technology, Analytics, or related field (or equivalent experience)Proven Sales Operations, Analytics, or Reporting experienceAdvanced analytical skills, comfortable with large datasets and complex reportsExperience designing dashboards and data visualizations (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or similar); certification preferredFamiliarity with CRM platforms (such as Salesforce) and their role in data extraction and workflow optimizationAbility to work independently, handle multiple priorities, and collaborate effectivelyProficiency in SQL is desirable but not requiredInterest in applying AI techniques to sales data and processesWorking For YouWe know that your wellbeing and happiness are key to a long and successful career.
