Job Description: As a Sr. RPA Developer, you will lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable automation solutions using UiPath within a dynamic, enterprise environment. You will mentor junior developers, establish best practices, and ensure architectural alignment throughout the development lifecycle. This role demands a combination of deep technical proficiency, leadership, and a strong understanding of end-to-end RPA processes, tools, and enterprise integration standards. Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement scalable automation solutions using UiPath for complex enterprise applications
• Lead the full RPA lifecycle from requirements gathering to production support and maintenance
• Provide architectural direction and serve as a technical lead across RPA initiatives
• Mentor junior developers, conduct code reviews, and enforce RPA best practices and standards
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including architects, senior developers, business analysts, and executive stakeholders
• Identify and assess automation opportunities through business process analysis
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including solution designs and operational manuals
• Implement DevOps and CI/CD practices for RPA deployments using tools such as GitHub
• Administer and manage UiPath Orchestrator configuration and bot scheduling
• Monitor automation performance, ensuring KPIs and SLAs are met
• Ensure compliance with security and governance protocols across all automation solutions
• Stay updated on RPA trends and introduce innovative approaches to enhance automation effectiveness
• Lead technical discussions and ensure project alignment through consistent team and stakeholder communication

Required Skills, Experiences, Education, and Competencies:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• 15+ years of overall IT experience with a solid foundation in software engineering
• Minimum 8+ years of hands-on experience in building enterprise-grade RPA solutions
• At least 5 years as a lead RPA developer or technical lead on large-scale automation projects
• Deep expertise in UiPath, including Orchestrator setup and administration
• Strong knowledge of RPA development frameworks, design patterns, and best practices
• Proficiency in API development, data exchange (JSON/XML), and complex SQL queries
• Programming experience in C#, VB.Net, Python, or Java
• Background in full SDLC including source control, rapid prototyping, and iterative development
• Familiarity with AWS and CI/CD pipeline implementation
• Experience with UI/UX frameworks and enterprise system integration
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work across diverse teams
• Ability to manage multiple automation initiatives in a fast-paced environment
• Passion for innovation, digital transformation, and process optimization through automation
