• Assist in the development, maintenance, and automation of capital markets assumptions across various asset classes.
• Enhance the strategic asset allocation process for multi-asset portfolios and solutions.
• Research new asset classes and investment strategies.
• Generate thought leadership content related to long-term capital market assumptions, strategic asset allocation, and fund selection.

• 5+ years of investment experience, preferably in multi-asset or fixed income.
• Detailed knowledge of portfolio construction, risk modeling, and factor models.
• Proficiency in R or Python.

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree and/or CFA preferred.
• Excellent analytical, writing, and verbal communication skills.

$140,000 - $160,000 per year, including salary and incentive pay.

Employees are expected to work in the office at least three days a week, with two days working remotely.
