Support quality control operations using Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM), gage calibration management, and final product audits. This position plays a critical role in ensuring our products meet all internal and customer specifications before shipment. Job Description. CMM Operations:Program, set up, and operate CMM equipment to inspect parts and components. Interpret blueprints, GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing), and technical specifications. Analyze and document inspection results, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with standards. Communicate any non-conformance findings to engineering and quality teams. Perform annual layout inspections. Gage Room Management:Maintain and manage the calibration schedule for all measurement tools and equipment. Ensure proper storage, handling, and use of gages in accordance with internal procedures and industry standards. Coordinate with external calibration service providers when needed.
