Sr. Quality Assurance Engineer* (Menomonie, WI) - The 3M Company : Job Details

As a Site Quality Assurance Engineer, you will be responsible for leading elements of the sites Quality Management Systems. The individual would be responsible for gap identification and leading cross functional teams to resolution. As a Key Element Process Owner your ability to coordinate with peer resources and cross functional site teams, to standardize end to end site processes will be key. Key Elements may include, but not limited to: Document Control, in both PLM and Dozuki, Change Management (CMP), Test Methods, Process mapping/ PFME - As, and Control Plans. The person will be working with manufacturing, laboratory and quality functional leaders to design and implement simplified processes that meet our requirements and improve the effectiveness and efficiency of our Quality Management System.
