The Sr. Publisher Development Manager will be responsible for identifying, recruiting, and onboarding high-potential affiliate partners across various media channels. He/She will drive the expansion of our affiliate network and generate additional revenue for the business.

The Publisher Development Manager will manage and grow initiatives for Fluent, focusing on daily communication with existing affiliates and cultivating new opportunities. They will also identify new business opportunities for vertical growth.

The ideal candidate must be self-motivated, a multitasker with strong analytical skills, and knowledgeable of the current digital landscape. Experience in a fast-paced, result-oriented entrepreneurial environment is essential.

• Grow the publisher base to meet and exceed monthly revenue targets.
• Provide ongoing support, optimizations, and recommendations to help partners scale.
• Maintain frequent communication with publishers to build long-term relationships.
• Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and competitor strategies.
• Participate in affiliate conferences.
• Proactively identify and recruit new affiliates, influencers, and publishers.
• Vet and onboard affiliates to ensure quality and alignment with company goals.
• Collaborate with internal teams to understand performance and communicate effectively with publishers.

• 5-7 years of experience in affiliate acquisition and marketing.
• Experience with tracking platforms (Tune, CAKE, etc.).
• Knowledge of implementing and optimizing affiliate campaigns.
• Strong prospecting skills and negotiation abilities.
• Proven track record of building and fostering affiliate relationships.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Ability to travel.

Salary Range: $85,000 to $95,000 + commission, depending on experience and location.
