Sr. Project Manager - Kerr Recruiting Group : Job Details

The ideal candidate will have experience in the SoCal marketplace in a similar position. The candidate will be able to set goals, build schedules and preliminary budgets, problem solve and work as part of a team. This individual should also have experience managing people and be an effective communicator.

Responsibilities

• Perform 'diligence' on new projects under consideration for purchase.
• Work with vendors/consultants to provide plans for all necessary improvements.
• Be COMPLETELY familiar with the mapping process and have a successful track record of dealing with municipalities/agencies.
• Develop preliminary budgets and schedules.
• Assess risks and establish contingency plans
• Manage work and inputs from variety of stakeholders

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• 5+ years of experience in project management IN SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA
• Demonstrated ability to deliver all entitlements for multiple projects
• Strong communication skills
• Experience working with a team
