The ideal candidate will have experience in the SoCal marketplace in a similar position. The candidate will be able to set goals, build schedules and preliminary budgets, problem solve and work as part of a team. This individual should also have experience managing people and be an effective communicator.
Responsibilities
- Perform 'diligence' on new projects under consideration for purchase.
- Work with vendors/consultants to provide plans for all necessary improvements.
- Be COMPLETELY familiar with the mapping process and have a successful track record of dealing with municipalities/agencies.
- Develop preliminary budgets and schedules.
- Assess risks and establish contingency plans
- Manage work and inputs from variety of stakeholders
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 5+ years of experience in project management IN SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA
- Demonstrated ability to deliver all entitlements for multiple projects
- Strong communication skills
- Experience working with a team
