Sr. Project Engineer, Quality - Kohler Company : Job Details

This engineers main objective is to successfully complete strategic and short-term projects which improve customer-experienced quality and the overall performance of the Union City Plant. The Project Engineer Quality must be able to effectively lead cross-functional teams to drive larger projects. The Project Engineer Quality must be able to train associates on changes to the Union City KQMS system. The Product Engineer Quality will deliver improved quality from suppliers, current product and new products, resulting in improved customer satisfaction and reduced costs for the Union City Plant. Specific Responsibilities Analyze, and lead key projects that improve Unit Failure Rate, Warranty Costs, Yield and Customer Satisfaction metrics for the Union City Plant. Act as the primary Quality representative for New Product Development.
