Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage capital projects from planning through execution and closure
• Ensure a safe working environment during all construction activities
• Collaborate with stakeholders, contractors, and cross-functional teams
• Monitor and report on project scope, schedule, safety, and quality
• Facilitate decision-making and resolve project challenges proactively
• Maintain accurate project documentation including redlines, as-builts, and change orders
• Serve as the single point of contact for project leadership
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal standards (e.g., FDA, OSHA)

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of project management experience in a food, beverage, or pharmaceutical environment
• Strong understanding of contract management, construction documentation, and stakeholder engagement
• Ability to interpret technical drawing packages
• Experience managing multiple capital projects simultaneously
• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Engineering, or a STEM-related field
