Position: Project Engineer / Assistant Project Manager – Tilt Wall Construction

Location: Tampa, FL

Salary: $80,000 – $115,000 base salary + car allowance, benefits, bonus

Your new role

As a Project Engineer or Assistant Project Manager, you'll support the delivery of large-scale industrial projects from preconstruction through closeout. You'll assist with subcontractor coordination, RFIs, change orders, scheduling, budgeting, and document control. This is a hands-on role designed to build your experience across all phases of project management, with mentorship from seasoned leaders.

What you'll need to succeed

• 2+ years of experience in commercial construction, ideally with exposure to industrial projects such as tilt-wall, warehouse, or cold storage.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with field teams, clients, and subcontractors.
• Proficiency in construction management software and Microsoft Office.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred, but relevant experience will be considered.
