Amazon Transportation Services (ATS) Linehaul is a critical backbone of how Amazon delivers packages to customers around the world. Within ATS Linehaul, the Fleet Infrastructure team is striving to build the most technologically advanced, environmentally friendly, and safest fleet in the world. This includes building the largest Electric Vehicle fleet and charging network in the world.The Middle Mile Fleet Infrastructure team is looking for a Senior Program Manager with a strong delivery record and proven project management experience to own and execute strategic, cross-functional operations and technology projects. This role requires scoping multiple large cross-functional projects, managing to project timelines, and communicating to senior management on status, risks, and process changes. This role will also be responsible for pulling data to drive long-term decisions and evaluate current product performance. This role will require exceptional written and verbal communication skills, sound judgment when clear guidelines may not exist, and the ability to work independently in a high-pressure environment with all levels of leadership. Key job responsibilitiesCoordinating with cross-functional project teams, planning and organizing, and executing complex projects across multiple organizations and stakeholders to enable the launch of new projects and processesDemonstrate performance that serves as a model of excellence establishing design best practices, business requirements, design team collaboration, and stakeholder alignmentReview and guide internally requested changes for validity, impact, and ensure timely incorporation once approvedProvide technical direction in accordance to established parameters for multiple projects in various locations simultaneouslyParticipate in or lead meetings to build positive, collaborative partnerships among subject matter experts (SMEs), team members, stakeholders and field leaders and associates to complete all required tasks to ensure successful new launches throughout the organizationWrite and review whitepapers using information acquired from various stakeholdersManage the continuous development of online dashboards to record and report key metrics to team members and managementPrepare team performance reports for weekly, monthly, and quarterly business reviews that distill key metrics and provide insights into recommended strategiesManage full life-cycle of complex cross-functional programs with considerable impact across multiple organizationsCommunicate to Senior Management on status, risks, and process/product changesWork autonomously in an ambiguous environmentPartner with teams to source, allocate, and coordinate resourcesOversee gaps between teams, processes and systems, helping teams reduce exposure to classic failure modesIdentify and mitigate risks before they become roadblocksWork with program managers, business leaders and executive team to communicate and impact critical business initiativesDevelop, implement and govern key performance indicator (KPI) reporting for a portfolio of programsAbout the teamThe Fleet Infrastructure team is responsible for deploying equipment that supports Amazon Middle Mile Fleet. The equipment deployment includes electric vehicle (EV) charger deployment, snow scrapers to remove snow from trailers, wash bays to wash trailers, and other innovative solutions. These deployments expand the lifecycle of our equipment while also address safety and compliance needs.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS- Bachelor's degree- 5+ years of program or project management experience- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements- Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership- - Knowledge of Microsoft Excel at an advanced level, including: pivot tables, macros, index/match, vlookup, VBA, data links, etc.- - Strong Verbal and written communication

The base pay for this position ranges from $104,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $185,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
