Position Summary

Manage new product introductions and cross-functional teams from design to production, ensuring quality, on-time delivery, and budget adherence. Act as the primary customer-facing representative during program fulfillment. Requires a minimum of 10 years of experience in the automotive industry.

Position Responsibilities

• Serve as a key interface to customers, representing the program team and FOX.
• Lead cross-functional teams to bring new products into production, ensuring technical compliance and schedule adherence.
• Plan, lead, and own the fulfillment process for all deliverables.
• Establish schedules and milestones, coordinating with sales, engineering, creative, and finance.
• Lead risk mitigation activities to meet deadlines and budgets.
• Act as the customer-facing voice of the company during fulfillment.
• Manage and address escalations internally and with customers.
• Experience working in high-pressure, fast-paced environments.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Excellent presentation skills, written and oral, at all management levels.
• Experience managing large-scale programs following APQP guidelines.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint, Visio, and Excel; knowledge of ERP systems like SAP or Oracle is a plus.
• Ability to manage external customers and internal teams across engineering, hardware fabrication, and testing.
• Experience in growing existing or new business with current customers.
• Knowledge of ISO IATF 16949, ISO 9000:2008, AS9100, process flows, and control plans.
• Proactive, dynamic personality with influencing skills.
• Strong project management, customer management, and business acumen.
• Experience leading teams across multiple sites and time zones.

Qualifications

Education: BS in Engineering or equivalent experience in the automotive industry.

Experience: 10+ years in program/project management in manufacturing, preferably in automotive or contract manufacturing.

Preferred Experience: Tier one automotive environment experience and lean manufacturing experience.

Work Environment

Office and production settings. Ability to sit long periods, with vision abilities to operate a computer.
