Serves as a liaison between the company and agents and acts as a relationship manager for our agents, regional underwriting team and corporate departments. May work with agents in unsupported territories with a focus on key agent new business submission activity and/or with agents who prefer digital interaction. Serves as a backup for open territories as needed for both AMS and Small Business Underwriters. Assess the strengths and weaknesses of agents and assists them in achieving a mutual goal of profitable growth in both volume and policy count. Ensures that agents are familiar with and use Selectives initiatives, products, policies, procedures and services. Position is primarily inside-office based with primary contact via phone and email. May travel occasionally to meet with key agency partners. All job duties and responsibilities must be carried out in compliance with applicable legal and regulatory requirements.
