As a Sr. Product Marketing Manager driving Go To Market (GTM) strategies, you will be a core member of the Audience Development Marketing team. You will be responsible for GTM strategy and execution for Amazon Music artist, content, and music industry fan experiences. We seek a seasoned product marketer who is creative, strategic, and understands the optimal customer mobile app experience. You will collaborate with product managers to set the product roadmap, develop, and launch new features that surprise, delight, and engage customers. Additionally, you will work with marketing teams (social, brand, paid channels, promotions, etc.) to develop global GTM strategies that increase feature awareness, adoption, and retention across all devices.

This role is highly visible and requires comfort with ambiguity, building trust with cross-functional teams and leaders, influencing others, and managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. The candidate must be an excellent communicator, creative, independent, flexible, detail-oriented, and resilient. While primarily a global role, you will work with regional teams to adapt strategies for local markets and comply with local regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement scalable GTM strategies for product launches.
  • Conduct customer research to gain insights and improve brand positioning in the MSP space.
  • Manage cross-channel marketing plans to build awareness, adoption, and engagement of key features.
  • Collaborate with product teams to develop roadmaps aimed at increasing MAUs, listening hours, and enhancing the customer experience on Amazon Music.
  • Partner with Amazon Music Industry and Artist Relations teams to integrate artist content into the customer experience.
  • Create compelling GTM creative assets (video, social, owned & operated) with creative teams and provide copywriting guidance.
  • Advocate for optimal UX design in collaboration with product teams.
  • Review roadmap progress and results regularly with leadership across marketing, tech, and product teams.
  • Basic Qualifications
    • 6+ years of professional marketing experience.
    • Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements.
    • Proficiency with Excel or Tableau for data analysis.
    • Experience in building, executing, and scaling cross-functional marketing programs.
    • Experience leading GTM for consumer software or hardware launches.
    Preferred Qualifications
    • Experience with SQL or similar analytical tools.
    • Experience with customer segmentation, profiling, and targeting.
