Supermicro is seeking a Sr. Product Manager to develop and promote GPU server system products for cloud and data center infrastructure. The product manager will collaborate with marketing and sales teams to promote products and interact directly with customers. You will define product strategies for Supermicro's core product family, researching customer solutions and creating go-to-market plans. The Product Manager will be a key member of the server product management team, involved in technical development, marketing, and support activities.

• Develop and execute product strategies, collaborating with marketing, engineering, and business development to deliver complete server solutions.
• Use technical expertise to create product requirements based on customer needs, industry trends, and business goals.
• Engage with customers at various levels to understand their challenges and convey our capabilities.
• Escalate critical issues to management and vendors as needed.
• Provide product training to internal teams, sales, and customers.
• Offer third-level customer support when necessary.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or Computer Engineering with at least 8 years of hands-on experience in system/server architecture.
• Experience in product marketing and/or management, managing products from concept to end-of-life.
• Strong knowledge of computer architecture.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, capable of effectively engaging with customers.

$162,000 - $182,000
