SummaryOur client is seeking a Sr. product Manager to set product vision and strategy, understand customer needs, prioritize features, and manage product backlog and roadmap. This role involves managing key stakeholders, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring delivery of valuable products in an iterative and Agile manner while defining solutions that meet customer needs across the product lifecycle.Responsibilities

• Drive a customer-first mindset and develop product positioning through a clear vision and roadmap aligned with organizational strategy.
• Own and prioritize the program backlog, ensuring alignment with business priorities, and manage features with Agile teams.
• Apply design thinking to identify customer pain points and operate within Agile and SAFe frameworks.
• Manage a team of three: Sr. Product Owner, Supervisor of Business Analysis, and Business Analyst III.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field with 12 years of related experience.
• Experience in IT and business/industry with increasing responsibilities and direct customer interaction.
• Experience with project management processes, Agile development methodologies, and investment systems.
• Previous management experience required.
• Basic understanding of coding, API design, data analysis, and A/B testing techniques.

Preferred

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite/365, Jira, Confluence, Cloud platforms, and SQL.
• Ability to travel regularly for member meetings and events throughout the U.S.
