We are seeking a Technical Senior Product Manager to join our Payments team. In this role, you will help modernize the payments ecosystem, develop new payment capabilities, and support our investment division. This is a fast-growing team dedicated to building the future infrastructure and financial products of Northwestern Mutual.

Responsibilities include:

• Partnering with business and product teams to understand and grow domain expertise.
• Performing data analysis, working with engineers on technical design, and applying BDD acceptance criteria.
• Documenting current processes, assessing gaps, and assisting with requirement gathering.
• Authoring user stories and features, coordinating testing, and supporting project management efforts.

Required skills and qualifications:

• Experience in payments and banking sectors.
• Strong communication skills and ability to influence outcomes.
• Proficiency with SQL, Postman, AWS, and testing frameworks is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree with 4-5 years of experience, including at least 4 in a Product Management role within an agile environment.
• Knowledge of financial services, BI tools, and certifications like Product Owner or Scrum Master preferred.

Salary Range: $102,060 - $189,540, with specific geographic pay structures available.
