This position is hybrid and requires you to go into our offices in Kalamazoo, MI or Redmond, WA 2-3 times per week.

The candidate should be within commuting distance of Kalamazoo, MI or Redmond, WA.

What you will do:

  • The Sr. Product Manager, downstream, is the brand expert supporting strategic direction and portfolio growth through education strategies, customer engagement campaigns, and marketing strategies.
  • Support the annual and long-range brand/indication strategy to achieve growth, profit, and market share targets.
  • Create and distribute scalable assets, tools, marketing campaigns, and best practices for localization.
  • Identify education, brand experience, and customer engagement opportunities to enhance brand perception in collaboration with the Education Manager.
  • Develop strong relationships with local marketers, sales professionals, internal stakeholders, and key customers (KOL).
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to create annual marketing plans and a 3-5 year portfolio roadmap.
  • Work with leadership to forecast demand and develop relationships with supply chain partners.
  • Support regional product lifecycle activities, including launches and phase-outs.
  • Analyze business performance and brand perception to inform future strategies.
  • Partner with divisional resources for portfolio development through new products, line extensions, and M&A activities.
  • Identify training needs and develop relevant content and programs in partnership with Education and Brand Managers.
  • Create scalable customer engagement events such as tours, congresses, and educational programs.
  • Support branding, messaging, positioning, and pricing based on market insights.
  • What you will need:

    • Bachelor's degree required
    • 6+ years of work experience required

    Preferred:

    • MBA preferred
    • 3+ years medical device experience preferred
    • 3+ years marketing or sales experience preferred

    Salary: $100,500 - $215,300 plus bonus and benefits. Pay depends on skills and experience.

    Travel Percentage: 40%
